Never order from vans.com
i am so upset with vans.com. placed an order monday’s and didn’t get anything until wednesday. tell me why is it was shipped on a wednesday, with their 3 day shipping it’s not going to arrive until monday?? customer service is no help with rectifying my dissatisfaction either. never ordering from vans.com ever again.
Vans - *** service
Payed 85 bucks for a pair a shoes that fell apart within 10 hours of normal wear. Store will not take them back or replace. Have to make calls, submit forms and jump through hoops of fire and still have not got a replacement or my money back......never again Vans

Poor customer service vans online.com
Ordered a pair of shoes. Waited for 3 weeks to receive them. Finally called customer service who couldn’t find my name, address, or email address in their system. The agent kept apologizing about her “slow” computer . After all that, she puts me on hold. That’s the last pair of vans I’ll ever buy!
Vans - Shoes came unglued. Had for 3 weeks
The sole came off on both pair after 3 weeks.

Waited to long for someone to come to me and when they did they forgot about me and I left without the shoes that I wanted.

Product stopped and 2 times used and cracked in my face.
